Executive Chef; Miles Assoun brings over 10 years of experience in culinary arts and joins us at Italian Kitchen with expertise from opening Calgary’s own, Capo. Chef Assoun has designed a menu bursting with flavor and high in value. Dishes are innovative, yet very comforting. Signature dishes such as: the Linguine Pescatori with PEI Mussels, the Vegetable Lasagna with BC mushrooms, the Spaghettini e Polpetti with Quebec maple syrup and the Ricotta Gnocchi which is made in-house every day; pop off the menu and will appeal to a wide range of tastes and preferences.
